Meet Our Team Of Experts
Thearith Chheang —Founder & CEO
Mr. Thearith holds advanced qualifications in accounting, finance, and taxation, including a Technical Master’s Degree in Business and specialized certifications in IFRS and tax services. He is also a recognized member of key professional accounting bodies in Cambodia.
With 21 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mr. Thearith has worked across multiple industries, including NGOs, casinos, resorts, fuel distribution, construction, entertainment, hospitality, and tax consulting. His expertise spans financial planning, risk management, budget planning, accounting software, and financial reporting.
He spent seven years with a group company at the Khmer-Thai border and Siem Reap, progressing from accountant to accounting manager for fuel distribution and construction. He then spent five years in the five-star hotel industry in Kampot and Siem Reap, refining financial controls and SOPs alongside international management.
For nine years, he served as CFO at La Paix Tax & Accounting Co., Ltd., overseeing tax declarations, audits, and financial policy development. Now, as a leader at Angkor Innovation Accounting Solutions Co., Ltd., he continues to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management for clients.
Chhay Vannara —Founder & Tax Accounting Director
He brings over 20 years of expertise in hospitality management and finance. With a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management from Ecornell University and a strong foundation in financial oversight, he excels in driving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial success. Fluent in Khmer, English, and Chinese, he combines his diverse skills to build meaningful connections and deliver exceptional results.
Bernard Houppertz —Founder & Business Development Director
A seasoned hotelier and visionary hospitality veteran, with over 32 years of comprehensive experience in maximizing resources and improving bottom line through expert leadership in quality service, staff development, cost control, and visionary P&L management for leading multi-service hotels and resort groups across international geographies. Innately wired for strategic and tactical thinking, I implement best practice with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability to surpass customer expectations and build 'Ever-Lasting' hotel brands from scratch.
Yany Hoeurn —Founder, Admin & Accounting Manager
She has over five years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing. She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from a university in Southeast Asia.
